DESCRIPTION:Dr. Hernandez Alba will compare dMP with SDS-PAGE for screening XL conditions\, demonstrating key advantages including: rapid screening of 20 XL conditions in one hour (3mins/triplicate)\, 20–100x lower sample consumption and single molecule sensitivity. By the end of the session\, participants will have a clear understanding of how dMP enhances structural biology workflows\, enabling comprehensive characterization of PPIs and macromolecular assemblies\, including intermediate states prior to downstream analysis.
