Accounts

For U.S. customers:
Purchases can be made directly through the online store using a credit card, purchase order (PO), or by requesting a quote. Pricing is visible without logging in, and checkout is available online.

For international customers (Rest of World):
Online purchasing is not currently available. However, you can click the “Request a Quote” button on the product detail page, which will take you to a short form. Once submitted, a member of our team will follow up with pricing and ordering details.

For U.S. customers, to register for an account, click the “Sign Up” or “Register for an Account” button at the top of the page. Fill out the required details, including your name, email, and company name.

Once your account is created and approved, U.S. customers will be able to start shopping online.

To access your order history, log in to your account and navigate to the “My Orders” section. There, you’ll find a list of all your past purchases, along with order details.

If you’ve forgotten your username or password, go to the “My Account” page and click on “Lost your password?” Follow the prompts to reset your password using your registered email address. You’ll receive a link to create a new password. If you still need help, contact our support team for assistance.

Shopping & Checkout

Yes, you’ll need an approved account to place an online order. Once your account is created and approved, you can complete your purchase using a credit card or PO (for U.S. customers). If you’re an international customer, you can submit quote requests, but online ordering is not available at this time.

For U.S. customers, we accept credit card payments through our secure checkout as well as purchase orders (POs) from approved organizations. Credit card payments are processed immediately. For PO orders, terms are typically Net 30, pending account approval.

Our online store offers a range of consumables, including sample carriers, calibration standards, cleaning supplies, and accessories compatible with Refeyn instruments. Products available for online purchase may vary by region. U.S. customers can order directly via a credit cart and PO through the site, while international customers can request a quote.

Yes, If you wish to place and order through our eShop using a PO instead of a credit card, we provide and option to do so in the checkout process.

Yes. If your employer has tax exempt status we do require you to indicate tax exemption and attach your tax exemption certificate as a part of the check-out process.

Shipping, Tracking & Delivery

Yes, orders placed in the eshop/ecommerce solution will have an order status displayed in the My Orders interface. (Orders placed through other channels will not!) Once the order has shipped you will recieve shipping and tracking information in emails from the carrier.

Refeyn primarily uses FedEx globally.

Returns & Warranty

If you experience any issues with your order or need to request a cancellation, please contact us at orders@refeyn.com. Our team will review your request and follow up with next steps as soon as possible.

If your product or package has been damaged or compromised during shipment, please send a request to orders@refeyn.com to get a replacement product sent. Please include pictures of the product or package, and sales order number for us to support you as quickly as possible.

We usually do not accept orders over the phone, if do not want to use the eshop/ecommerce to place your order please send your PO to orders@refeyn.com.
