Accelerating Chemical Cross-Linking Optimization with Denaturing Mass Photometry

Dr. Hernandez Alba will compare dMP with SDS-PAGE for screening XL conditions, demonstrating key advantages including: rapid screening of 20 XL conditions in one hour (3mins/triplicate), 20–100x lower sample consumption and single molecule sensitivity. By the end of the session, participants will have a clear understanding of how dMP enhances structural biology workflows, enabling comprehensive characterization of PPIs and macromolecular assemblies, including intermediate states prior to downstream analysis.
