Transforming adenovirus (AdV) vector analysis with macro mass photometry

Adenoviral vectors (AdV) are widely used as effective delivery platforms for vaccines, gene therapies and cancer treatments. In order to ensure these therapeutic products are safe and effective, critical quality attributes (CQA) of samples like their purity and stability need to be appropriately assessed frequently during production. This creates an analytical bottleneck, as current methodologies tend to be slow, expensive and not always easy to access.

Macro mass photometry is a powerful analytical technique based in interferometric scattering microscopy that provides fast, informative and label-free characterization of AdV particles makes it an invaluable tool for optimizing production and ensuring product safety. Learn more about the technique and the KaritroMP – our mass photometry instrument – in the infographic below. And if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
